How do I place an order on Urtara?
Placing an order is simple:
- Browse our collection and select the Thangka you love. Click “Add to Cart” to save it.
- Once you’ve finished shopping, click the “Cart” icon in the top right corner.
- Review your order details (quantity, size, etc.), then click “Proceed to Checkout”.
- Enter your shipping address, choose a payment method (we accept major credit cards, PayPal, etc.), and confirm your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email with your order number shortly after submission.
Can I customize a Thangka according to my preferences?
Yes! Urtara offers custom Thangka services to honor your unique vision. You can specify the deity, size, color palette, or even add personal symbols. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, USPS). You can also track your order by logging into your Urtara account and navigating to the “Order History” section.
